PO Box? All orders being shipped to PO Boxes must use the US Postal Service Priority Mail.

Canada: You now have 4 choices for shipping to Canada. With USPS we can ship either Priority Mail or Global Express and with UPS we can ship Standard or Expedited. Please note that USPS does not track international shipments.

Outside the US and Canada: Regretfully, we can no longer accept orders from outside the US and Canada.

Returns

We gladly accept returns on non-sale and non-demo items in the original packaging and new condition within 30 days of receipt of your order for refund or exchange. We accept the return of sale items in the original packaging and new condition within 14 days of receipt of your order, also for refund or exchange. We do not accept returns on demo skis.

Boots: Non-sale and non-demo boots can be returned within 30 days for refund, provided that they have not been used and are in 'new' condition. Sale and demo boots must be returned within 14 days in order to receive refund.

Skis: New skis that have not been drilled or mounted can be returned for store credit within 30 days of purchase in their original packaging. If you're unsatisfied with a ski package recommended specifically for you by our staff, see our Ski Guarantee page.

Demo Skis: We are excited to be able to offer great prices on skis that have been "gently used" as demo or rental skis. These skis will be priced according to their condition. All sales on demo skis are final. If you have questions about the condition of a particular ski, please contact us. We are happy to give you the info you need to make your purchase decision.

Any items received that do not follow the above instructions may not receive a full refund.

We recommend that you send your package via UPS, FedEx, certified mail or any trackable shipping method. We also recommend that you insure your package for the amount shown on your invoice. TelemarkSki.com cannot be responsible for packages until we have received them.
